If you have to specify a fabric or leather color, choose them by looking on the left side under FABRIC CHOICES or LEATHER SAMPLES and enter your choice in the appropriate space. Specify the quantity and add the product to your shopping cart by pressing the PURCHASE button. This will bring you to your Shopping Cart where you will see the items and the shipping cost. If everything looks right, CONTINUE CHECKOUT. Fill out all the requested information, check that you have read our TERMS OF SERVICE and agree to them by checking the little box. On the next page you will be asked more questions and you can add extra services. Don’t worry about entering your credit card information, we have a secure server.
Yes. The RADECOL web site uses High-Grade Encryption (AES-256 256 bit) to ensure that all information you give to the web site is absolutely secure!
No, you can order without a password. If you have placed an order with us before the computer might recognize you and ask you if you wish to use the same information again. Your credit card information is never stored and you will have to enter it again.

Do you give special discounts to the trade?. We offer a 15% discount to everybody who is paying by check or bank transfer. Using Credit cards raises our overhead so we offer this special discount!
At this time we have no store locations. Store locations raise the cost of doing business and the cost of products significantly. Because we offer such unique products our customers know the collections and are assured that the products are the original manufacturers and built to the original specifications!
Our products are guaranteed to have the best quality. All shipments are inspected before leaving our warehouse. Only in the event that something is damaged during transit or manufactured defective, we will accept any merchandise for replacement or store credit, but we must be notified as soon as you receive your merchandise and you must note on shipping documents that goods are damaged!
Email us within 3 days after receiving the shipment, and we will work with you to arrange return/replacement. Any returns must be authorized and have a return number that we will give you! Should we accept a return of an order we will charge a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping costs!
How long will it take to receice an order? The delivery times are quoted for all our products on the product page. All custom order items will take some time, but the reward is that you get a product exactly to your design needs. In stock items ship within 3 days of receiving payment.
The shipping cost for your order is clearly shown in your shopping cart. To see the shipping cost add the product to your cart. You can always delete items from your shopping cart! Most orders will ship UPS.
How will my order be delivered? For a standard delivery smaller items will be shipped UPS Ground. Larger items will be shipped via White Glove Ground service. The White Glove delivery service will call you prior to delivering your order to arrange a delivery appointment during regular business hours. The goods will be delivered and be placed inside! They will unpack and remove any packing material! Please check out the goods and mark any damage on the shipping documents, if you signed that the goods arrived in good condition it will be impossible to file claims later! Any demage must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the merchandise!
Can we ship international orders? Yes we can ship anywhere in the world.But the shipping cost given on the product page is only to ship to addresses within the continental United States ( Nevada is excluded!). However, you may have your international order shipped to a domestic freight forwarder of your choosing for shipment overseas by entering the freight forwarder's address in the "Enter Shipping Address:" section of the checkout process. The same applies for orders from Hawaii, Nevada, Alaska, Puerto Rica. Some international orders may also be picked up directly from the manufacturer in Europe.
